Library Re-opening July 5th: We are so excited to reopen to the public for in-person services, such as computer access and browsing. We will be resuming our regular hours of operation. Social distancing and masks will still be required. For more details see our reopening announcement.
Stories in the Park & Baby and Me Time!: Starting July 5th Join Miss Debra in Centennial Park by the Water Tower for stories and fun! (weather permitting, please bring a towel/blanket to sit on. Max 10 people). Watch our social media and website for details!
Summer Reading Programs
TD Summer Reading Club: Registration for the TD Summer Reading club is open! Go to www.tdsummerreadingclub.ca and find the Smiths Falls Public Library to sign up.
Summer Tutoring Program: Our one-on-one tutoring program is back! To register visit our Kids Programs page.
Teen Summer Reading Program (Ages 12-18, June 28 – September 4): The Teen Summer Reading Program is back with the Rewards for Reading Program, the Teen Summer Writing Contest and new this year, the TSR Book Boxes! Go to the Teen Summer Reading page for more details.

Get Outdoors: This month’s theme is “Camp Out”! This is the ultimate outdoors activity and a favourite pastime of many Canadians. This month we will have instructions for making your own campfire starter, Campfire story stones, and more fun camp activities!
